Perfect house for our Chelan stay. The home was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to the cute shops along the RiverWalk or down the street for pastries and coffee. The area was very quiet aside from some road noise from Manson Hwy but with the windows closed you did not notice it when inside. Even with the periodic road noise the backyard was lovely to sit and relax in.

We were just a short walk away from Don Morse Park where we spent hours each day swimming and lounging on the beach. We were also in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. The house was clean and cozy -the perfect place to return to for rest and relaxation after a long day. We had such a blast in Chelan, and the Parkview House was the perfect location to enjoy it all. We’ll definitely be back!!

The property is well maintained and clean with all modern amenities. The hot tub was a great addition to relax in at the end of the day. The location itself is centrally located and you’re really close to the beach, park, and downtime attractions. I had a few questions for the property manager and they responded promptly.I recommend this listing for all ages from infants to adults and will certainly be looking to repeat my stay next year.

As Canadian residents we wanted to go down into the states and spend our 14th anniversary somewhere special we chose the town of Chelan. As far as the location went it was great. We were right across the street from the largest park in town with the biggest public beach.. As far as the rental went, it was everything a vacation rental was supposed to be. the in the living room was comfortable the beds were great. The outdoor space was accommodating and the hot tub was a nice touch. The newly fenced yard allowed our little pooch to run and play in the yard without worrying about her escaping from the premises. While we were on a road with a fair amount of traffic, it did not detract from our enjoyment of the outdoor space. We had a great time!

It was great! The yard is beautiful with heirloom roses and a lot of other plants. Location was good, it is on the main street going up the north side of the lake, so getting out of the driveway was a little tricky at times.

Everything we needed was already at hand. Clear descriptions and instructions were given before arrival, so there was no confusion finding the place or getting into the place. They also were very clear about checkout instructions, which made it very easy and stress-free closing up after our trip. I love the space for our dogs and I would definitely come back!

Perfect location as it was an easy walk to town and a short drive to wineries. The house was exactly as described and the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a couple of meals while there. The yard is cute. I will definitely try to book this house again in the future!

The Parkview House was centrally located and within walking distance to many places in Chelan. House is very comfortable. Despite being next to the road there was little noise in the house and no issues with noise when sleeping. House is well equipped with everything we needed for a stay. Management was quick to reply to any messages. We would enjoy staying here again.

We were visiting Chelan for a family reunion taking place at the Lakeshore RV park. This was the perfect location for us, as we could just walk across the street and get to the lake and RV park easily. The property was clean, access was simple, and the kitchen was well equipped.

This is my second year staying at the Parkview House. It is good location, with easy access to town. Everything was great and the couple packs of coffee saved us until we could get to Safeway!!

The house was comfortable and clean. Kitchen had most of the basic supplies and even provided a few snacks! Location is great being a 10 minute walk to downtown and less than 15 minute drive to several wineries. The only downfall for me was the road noise being right off the highway.

Bed was very comfortable - I love a firm mattress on a high platform bed. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and very well equipped. Loved the piano! Hot tub was clean (a tiny bit of sand in the bottom). Checkin was simple and parking adequate. It's a small lot right on the main road but the back bedroom is quiet, we had no trouble sleeping well on Friday and Saturday nights. Quiet neighbors. Location is Very central. Park and lake are right across the street. Fenced yard is very nice for the dog. High quality linens were lovely.

The property was as advertised. The location could not have been any better. 5 Minutes to the park with beach and swimming; 8 minutes walk to downtown Chelan. We loved the hot tub. The management response time was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Our second trip to this property. Location to beach and amenities is ideal. Well equipped for families and well stocked with needed items such as towels etc. Loved the addition of Central AC this year ☺️. We have family in Chelan and will be making this an annual trip.

Perfect for us! We were close to the park, marina (where we kept our boat) and Bach Festival venues. A great yard for our 60lb dog. Loved having the piano, as we are musicians. We would LOVE to stay again next year during the Lake Chelan Bach Festival!

We had a great stay at the vacation home in Chelan. The location is wonderful with easy access to downtown Chelan, multiple waterfront parks and shopping. Bike lanes and trails allowed our family to bike around the area safely and easily. The hot tub was a wonderful and frequent pleasure. The dishwasher, laundry and showers worked without any problem.

This home was a great place to stay! The location was perfect as the beach is right across the street and the conference hotel was right down the road. Everything was conveniently close. I even enjoyed an evening in the hot tub with the quiet sky above me. The road is busy during the day, but peaceful and quiet at night. This was a great stay!

The customer service and quick responses were exemplary with the rental service Co. The house is exactly as described for the ad. Pet friendly which was perfect and didn't smell like any other pets had been there so the cleaning crew must do a great job. The beds are a bit firm for anyone in our groups liking. Other than that I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental house in Chelan

Great location and has everything you would need. Yard is semi private but nice with patio furniture. Road noise wasn't an issue for us. If you're used to a soft mattress, you may find the beds firm. Close to downtown and coffee shop!

Great spot! Was traveling with 4 teenagers, 2 big dogs. Location to town, beach, boat rentals, mini golf, bowling, walking paths, groceries, ice cream was perfect. Yard was great for my 2 labs, but would not leave them outside unattended due to short fence- too hot for them out there anyway. No bugs. Highway noise is always present, as mentioned in other reviews, but I wasn't getting any real peace and quiet with my fellow travelers, anyways. Did not bother us, as we were just there to eat and sleep.

We were a group of 6 girls and a small pup. The house is small, but accommodated our group perfectly. The yard is fenced with a hot tub. The home is walkable into town, but is on a busy main road. Not many downfalls other than the home being slightly outdated. We weren't there for aesthetics though. Overall, would stay again!

Hi there, My friends and I had a great time at this house, the hot tub and BBQ were great while we were at the house. The nearby golf course and lake provided us plenty to do during the day. The location downtown is great to walk across the street and relax at the lake or play mini golf. The staff was great and very responsive. When we had a small issue with the TV and WiFi, we had Daniel at the house to assist us. We’d definitely come back again. Thank you so much for providing a greet long weekend for my friends and me. Our family enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. It was close to everything we needed - the marina, the lake, the grocery store, mini golf/go kart place and the city park. We liked the hot tub at the end of the day to unwind in. Manager was very accommodating and hospitable. She provided a couple of our requests while we were there very willingly and quickly. “This house was a great spot for us to lay our heads at night and get up and get ready for the day's adventures with family and friends. It had everything we needed...kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, knives that cut!, and the washer and dryer definitely was a perk!
