We had an amazing time and much needed family reunion at Sunnyview East! The home and deck make visiting with a large group easy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Maintenance quickly responded to an issue with the oven and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. Thank you for a trip to remember!

The home was very spacious and comfortably held our large, multifamily group. Views from the upstairs patio were incredible. The private access to the lake was perfect for our family. While access to the lake involved crossing a busy road, we loved being able to walk down every day to sit on the dock or float in the lake. The buoy worked well for mooring the boat each day/night. The property was perfect for our family reunion!

We had a group of nine and had a wonderful experience overall. The house is a great setup for a group like ours. We had plenty of room and everything was very nice. When considering this house, please understand that it is located on the main road connecting Chelan and Manson and, therefore, there will be traffic and related noise.

The home was very spacious, well stocked, and clean. We loved that we didn’t have to share rooms despite having a large group. Also, the location right by the lake is hard to beat! Great views and perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. There is a fair amount of cars going fast on the street below, but it hardly bothered us. Overall it was a very lovely stay and we hope to return someday!

We had 14 friends go away for a long golfing weekend. The house was perfect for for the size group we had. It was a great location for the courses we played. House had great views of the lake. We enjoyed the house, comfortable beds.

This house was a great place for our stay at Lake Chelan. We were 4 families and there was plenty of room for all of us. The big table in the living area accommodated all of us during all our meals. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. It's close to downtown and wineries. We had a great stay.

This house was the perfect place to gather the (spread out) family for a birthday celebration. The home is very spacious and everyone was very happy with their own bedroom. The large table in the main living space was used for many games and family gatherings. We went at a very cold time of year and did not get to enjoy any water or outdoor activities, but the views are spectacular! The town close by has some wonderful shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home for a large gathering. Everyone agreed that it would be a wonderful place to return to.

This house really is amazing. Fabulous location year round, so much space, clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our four families to gather for the holidays and play games, cook and lounge in the hot tub. Will definitely stay here again soon!

We had an amazing vacation week and stay at this beautiful house across the street from the lake! We loved that there was a dock, a hot tub, multiple rooms (three with attached bathrooms,) tons of space, it is pet friendly, modern and close to both Chelan and Manson. We would definitely return!

We had a great week at Sunnyview East on Lake Chelan. The house is very well laid out for a large group. It is a short drive to either Chelan or Manson. The view is outstanding. There is road noise but that is to be expected. We cooked alot and the kitchen had most everything we needed. It was a great place for our large family to stay.

The property was even better than the online descriptions and photos! Huge, new house with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - for the three of us longtime girlfriends, it was roomy and so comfortable! The huge deck provided a spectacular and unobstructed view of Lake Chelan! Unbelieavable!! Great kitchen, hot tub, and comfortable beds. Samantha and staff at Vacation in Chelan made check in and check out easy. This would be a great property for a family reunion - but was perfect for three old friends who wanted to relax, catch up, and go wine tasting. So close to wineries and great restaurants. Lake Chelan is gorgeous! This house is perfect for enjoying the lake and the beautiful countryside. You will not regrets staying at this house!

This was a great location for our big group! I hosted my husband's surprise birthday party at this beautiful property. We loved the huge dinning table that was able to fit everyone. The 2 refrigerators came in real handy. We really enjoyed the lake access and loved the patio with the gorgeous view of the lake. I would stay here again and would recommend this property.

12 of us stayed here for a long weekend. Lots of bathrooms to match the beds. The view from the main room is very impressive. Overall plenty of space for us and we all agreed we like the property and may book it again next year. We were visiting in the offseason for the lake. It was plenty warm during the day though. Speaking on other reviews I'd read: The water level was very low since it was offseason.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It's located right in between Chelan and Manson downtowns, which makes it ideal place to stay. The best part of the house is without any doubt the stunning views from both the decks. On a nice day with pleasant temperatures we can sit for hours sipping coffee/ reading a book while enjoying the view of snow covered mountains and water below in the lake.

The table accommodates the whole group and is great for games. The great room is magnificent with view and different areas for everyone to be comfortable. We had a family wedding nearby and this house more than met our needs. Lots of bedrooms and five bathrooms! The hosts were wonderful, friendly and responded promptly to messages. The views on this property are gorgeous. We stayed as a first vacation between my family and my husband's. Everyone was able to have their own rooms. The location is a bit hard to find, but it is worth it! Barely 10 minutes away from town and walking distance to the nearest winery, there are plenty of things to do! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in January. There was snow on the mountains making the view from this house something to write home about! There are plenty of winery's very close by and we loved watching the wild life! This house was exactly as described! Just across the street from the dock, all the amenities we expected from the description, and the house had WiFi so we were able to work from home while we were here. The view is better in person. The photos just do capture the reality of the beauty. We plan to stay here again next year! We can't wait to bring our favorite people here to celebrate with us!

We were looking for a place to get together with a large group of friends and family for the Thanksgiving holiday. There were 15 in our group and this property was perfect! The 7 bedrooms allowed each family to have their own space and the dining room table and living room were large enough for the entire group to gather. Even though each of us had seen pictures of what the property looked like we were all impressed by how spacious it was. That space allowed for fun for the kids downstairs while the adults were upstairs. The seating was plentiful and the couches were comfortable. I think we all slept well in the comfortable beds.

We had a family reunion with 12 adults and the house had plenty of rooms to accommodate us. The view was outstanding of the lake. Management team was easy to work with and gave us all the instructions for and simple check in and out. The floors are all wood upstairs and made it easy for our aging parents to get around using their walkers. The only con was the street location. When you’re inside you don’t notice the traffic but when you go out on the deck it can be loud. The kitchen was well supplied and we were glad for the refrigerator downstairs for extra storage. Overall we had a wonderful stay in comfortable beds and a short drive to Chelan. We would stay here again!

This property provided plenty of space for the 8 adults (4 couples) who gathered here (originally 5 couples). We didn't even use 3 of the bedrooms! The large dining table and equipped kitchen was key for us also. The location was enjoyable because we got to enjoy the sights of both Chelan and Manson. Close to our hiking, biking, walking, shopping, markets, wineries, and had a lake view and access! We enjoyed the weekend event in Chelan-“Mahogany (wooden hydroplanes' exhibitions) and Merlot (food and live music)”! All conveniences for cooking, sleeping and grooming, hot tubbing, parking were present at the home. Great for our adult group! Easy and quick communication with the property coordinator was appreciated.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home with a gorgeous view from the living room, rec room and multiple bedrooms. Our group of 9 (7 adults/adult kids and 2 younger kids) and 2 dogs stayed at this property for 1 week and had a great time. The property is centrally located between Chelan and Manson (about 1 mile from Vin du Lac, and about 1 mile from Lake Chelan Winery). After a fun day in the lake swimming and fishing, it's just a short drive to enjoy some wine and food at either of the above locations and less than 10 minutes to Chelan or Manson. This property is right along the road directly across from the Lake. Yes, there is some road noise, and yes you have to cross the road. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the hot tub and also on the dock and the road noise was never so bad that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. Perhaps it was the time when we were there, but it never felt too noisy or too unsafe and we had kids aged 11 and 13. Having a dock on the lake was great, there is also a mooring buoy. We tied up our floating raft to the mooring buoy which was perfect for swimming and also used it when we rented Jet skis and Paddleboards. The dock was great for fishing I think we caught over 30 fish (throwing most back but did keep 8 for dinner one night). The upstairs and downstairs living/family room areas are huge, and with the downstairs area having a foosball table that's where the kids hung out, leaving the upstairs to the adults. There's also a refrigerator downstairs as well. House is pet friendly (we brought along 2 dogs), although I really wish the backyard area had a low fence around it, so that the dogs could roam freely. One issue is that with 9 of us in the house, there was always a problem with having enough hot water when showering. There's 5 bathrooms and with all 5 or even 4 showers going, the hot water ran out really fast. A few other minor things, but all in all nothing that would keep us from coming back and staying again in the future.

We were a big group with 3 generations of family members and a pet traveling from Seattle for a fun spring break vacation, and this property gave us all that we were looking for. We had fantastic views of the lake, easy access to both Chelan and Mason, and great hosts who gave us recommendations on things to do in the region. It's a new property with enough bedrooms, The rooms were clean, ample supplies ( linen, and towels ) and the kitchen / washer were must haves for with such a big family. Enjoyed the board games, fuzeball table and patio rocking chairs when the weather permitted. If anything we would have appreciated a few more games. We will be back again, although I suspect the place will be sold out for this summer

We are all from Wenatchee and every Thanksgiving rent a house for 4 nights for a family gathering on Lake Chelan. This year there were 7 of us. 6 adults and 1 teen. Nice stay with bedrooms and bathrooms for all and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen area easily accommodated our family meals and the dinning table could handle twice our number. Large screen TV's throughout the house and chairs to meet everyone's needs. The house is well maintained and the main floor layout is great for elderly visitors. There is a small dock across the street for summertime use. There is a Casino nearby for those that feel lucky. With luck we might be able to reserve for next year. Thank you for the nice stay.

The house was built specifically for large groups. Two large areas (kitchen and family room area is huge) and downstairs rooms. Lots of bedrooms and decent sized deck. The view is great but constant highway noise as expected being just above the road. We’d definitely rent it again for our friend trip!

House is big and open and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups. There were 13 of us. 6 adults and 7 kids. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again. Only downside was the busy road it is on. And in order to use the dock, you have to cross that busy road.

It's hard to find a rental home that will comfortably fit 5 families, but this one did! This 7 BDR rental home was ideal — each bedroom (even the Queen rooms) had a walk-in closet that could fit a pack-n-play. Super rare! 3 of the 7 rooms had King beds (also rare!) . The size of bedrooms made for a nice quiet area if anyone needed a break from noise. The dining table was the best!! Long and 14 chairs I believe? Hard to find a dining table this spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with so many plates, bowls, silverware etc. Gorgeous view. We had a great stay!

This the second year in a row renting this house for our annual guys golfing trip. We already have it reserved for next year. Beautiful, comfortable and spacious house. Fit all of us guys and we never felt crowded.

Thank you for having us at that BIG house! We really enjoyed our stay in this house because all the rooms were big and roomy. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, cups, pot and pans. Having all that space for all of us was very nice.

This property was so perfect for our girls trip! Super clean and had everything we needed to make meals. I would Definitely stay here again! Views of the Lake were magnificent as well.

Property has a great view. House is large with lots of beds. Beach is just on the other side of the highway and many wineries close by.

The home is beautiful! The bedrooms are all spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The deck is wonderful. If you're looking for a beautiful, well stocked house, close to Chelan (and Manson) with plenty of rooms, this is the place.

This house was set up perfectly for our four families! Loved the en suite bathrooms. The deck and view was amazing!! We also made good use of the giant dining room table and dock area. We would stay again for sure!

This was a very spacious home that had a spectacular view of the lake! We had 9 people in our party and still had an extra room and enough space and bathrooms for everyone!! The house is well kept, was super clean and had everything we needed. Downstairs had an extra fridge which was super convenient! Rather then run upstairs to get more drinks when we hung out in the back, we had the fridge stocked with drinks. The house is right across from the lake with its own dock - we had fun sitting there watching our family ride jetskis. The property manager was very communicative and a delight to work with. We really enjoyed this property and look forward to visiting again or another Staying at one of their other properties!

A great house that is able to host a lot of people. The house had a fully equipped kitchen that had anything you'll realistically need. The common areas like the living rooms and dining room had enough space for the everyone to be together. Everything was clean, neat and organized.
