Overview:

This adorable lakefront condo is located on the beautiful south shore of Lake Chelan. It's an upper floor unit with a large deck and seating area. Take your boat out in the morning to go fishing, and grill up your catch on our BBQ. Stay up late and enjoy those deep late-night conversations. This quaint home sleeps up to 4 people. Last Resort #2 is perfect to rent alone, or in combination with the lower unit #3.

Layout:

Our open concept floor plan combines the living, dining, and kitchen area, letting you bake cookies and watch your favorite movie at the same time. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise through our large windows overlooking the lake. Stay up late binge watching your latest TV craze on our large flat-screen TV. The living room offers a twin sofa sleeper and two twin daybeds. In the bedroom there is a queen bed and 3/4 bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.

Outside is a large wrap-around deck with gorgeous views of Lake Chelan - perfect for your next family vacation!

During the peak summer season, this home has a 7-night minimum with a Friday turnover. Exceptions are sometimes made for last-minute bookings.

***Lake levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August. Please plan accordingly.***

Waterfront home, flat-screen TV, large grassy yard, BBQ grill, and boat buoy. There are 1-2 vehicles allowed at this property. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the exterior of the home.

Nearby Attractions:

Just 3 hours from Seattle or Spokane, enjoy boating and water sports, wineries, golfing, hiking, biking, waterslides, and many other outdoor activities during the 300+ days of sunshine a year in the beautiful Lake Chelan valley.

This home is on the south shore of Lake Chelan right on the water and about 10 minutes from downtown Chelan. Take the kids to Slidewaters Water Park or Lakeside Surf near downtown Chelan for the day, go to local restaurants and wineries, catch some fish for dinner, and so much more!

Great view of the lake and mountains.
The place was clean and matched the description very well. Kitchen was stocked with essentials (as described and expected). A little hard to find the driveway so recommend using a GPS.

Great view and location
Incredible view! I had a great quiet stay for R&R and it was just perfect! Also close to restaurants, stores and hikes which was a great bonus. Would stay again!

Relaxing Lakefront Space
It is a casual lakefront relaxing space. Simple, contactless check in, easy to maintain social distancing and a large outside deck for dining and enjoying the view. Got to meet the owners that recommended where to launch a larger ski boat rather than the onsite launch. Overall it was the perfect spot to be on the lake, quiet, casual, relaxing, and we would be back. Close to the state park, amazing lake conditions for water sports out in front of the property (successful wake surfing, water skiing).

This is a simple unit, but the view is amazing and expansive. Nice option for a couple, small but adequate space. Very clean. Property manager was very friendly.

Nicely located near the wineries
Good kitchen, and deck space. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans and utinsels. Nicely located from downtown Chelan and wineries. Waterfront provides fun for the kids with floaties.
