The Last Resort (Lower #3)

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was small but it certainly met all our needs. The boat ramp is really not usable for larger vessels. But we went up the road 5 mins to the state park and launched our pontoon boat, so it really wasn’t an issue. We would certainly recommend the condo and we hope to return again soon!

Oh my! This place was perfect, we hated to leave the house to explore the area. It was the best stocked, best set up, cleanest, most comfortable Airbnb I have had … and I use these all over the world. Bonus of being right on the lake for swimming and relaxing, I will certainly be back!

My partner and I throughly enjoyed our weekend stay! It was so beautiful and relaxing. We were able to swim and enjoy our time on the lake at the condo without having to go anywhere else or the state park. The condo is fully stocked with anything you will need to cook with, we bbq both nights and everything worked without any issues. The POC for this rental was very responsive with a quick turnaround time. We would definitely rent this space out again.

Our family of four includes 2 teen daughters just got back from celebrating July 4th at Unit #3. Despite being small, we enjoyed hanging out together. There were others in the other unit but it did not feel crowded at all. Better than being in a busy beach and sharing the water with a bunch of strangers. I highly recommend this if you're looking to have some family bonding or to have fun and not have to fight anyone for a spot to lay out. We would definitely come back given the opportunity.

Beautiful lakefront property with a large lawn and incredible views. The unit is quaint and small but also clean and had all the basic necessities. This place hit all the boxes of what we were looking for. The hikes, downtown Chelan, and numerous wineries were great to explore as well! I would absolutely recommend for a small group to stay here!

The place was 1 of 4 rented spaces, and even though people were staying in adjacent spaces, it was pretty quiet and private enough for my needs. The place was small but very cozy, very clean, great little kitchen and a full size fridge. All appliances were fairly new and everything functioned properly. No beach per se, it's a grassy lawn with a cemented bank, but having access to the lake was really great. I brought my paddle board and it was very convenient launching from the property. Located close to Chelan, but removed enough, you're not dealing with the public beach crowds. All in all, it was a great deal for what I got. Totally enjoyed the stay. Will absolutely book again!

Such a great property for our family! Just big enough for all of us to get a good nights sleep at the end of a busy day of swimming! The deck and grass space were lovely. It's an easy drive to Chelan and Manson. If you don't want to leave, you can just jump into the lake right from the yard. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Had a brief bump in the check in process as they had recently changed the lock code on the door but emailed me the old code. The property manager helped us resolve this within 10 minutes. The location was fantastic; we liked that it was right on the lake and not right in town as it was much more peaceful. The space is small but it was perfect for us, nice and cozy! We would definitely return but I think they have a 7 day min in the peak season so not sure if this will work for us.

You can't go wrong with this modest condo right on the water. While the sleeping space is limited the deck and lawn made up for it. Waking up to sunrise view and closing the day with a stunning sunset was Heaven! The location is perfect for wine tasting and trips into town. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay here. As other reviewers have pointed out, it is a very small space, really o my practical for a couple or, as with us, families with small kids. Ours are 6 and 3.5 so it was perfect. The outdoor space and deck are wonderful. Easy to access all of the fun things to do in Chelan!

We had a good time. For the price it was perfect and beautifully located and the deck view was lovely. We will come again! Very cute and quaint. Perfect for a single person, a couple, or a small family.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Weather wasn't the greatest (overcast with a few sun breaks, mid to upper 60's) but it was so refreshing to stay right in the waters edge. That was the best part of the whole stay! The water was low so the boat laugh wasn't accessible, but we came during the wrong time. The lake was rising as slowly before we left sadly. Thanks to the man upstairs we were able to get a battery for our jet ski charged so we could enjoy the water. This was much appreciated! Did some fishing of the ledge and caught 1 fish late evening. The property is a expected and described. However, the walls are thinner then expected and you can hear some noises from above. Made for some early mornings but we stayed positive and went fishing. Overall we loved our stay but would come a bit later in the season next time.

Wonderful stay in this lower unit. Large fully fenced deck with plenty of seating and tables. Views are amazing of the lake. Overall very clean unit. Fully stocked. Plenty of clean towels, new sealed sponge, foam soap, good shampoo and clean (surprisingly comfortable) bed. Large bed in the bedroom and two sofa/couches in the living room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all normal family kitchen utensils, pots, pans, oil, and cleaning supplies to make a full meal. Property manager was extremely friendly and attentive. (Thanks Frankie!) Wifi was fast enough to run two work video calls at the same time. If both of us were on video calls at the same time, we did need to disconnect phones from the wifi to ensure enough bandwidth for our laptops. Thankfully never dropped any calls while working here for a week. Overall it's a great little unit. Would recommend and consider staying with them again.

Great location but definitely a small space. The big deck however, makes that doable. The bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom. Service and communication were great! Jumping into the water from our yard was awesome!

We enjoyed having access to the lake and were able to paddle board , then relax on the deck and then back to the water. In the evening it was lovely to sip wine and bird watch from the deck. Swallows, Osprey, Ravens, Spotted Towhees and many more birds to be seen. Look forward to coming back and relaxing in this condo. Great time at Last Resort.

The property is great, neighbors were very friendly and inviting. Easy boat parking, fishing and the yard was great for a game of cornhole and throwing the football. Plenty of room for a family of four. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks
