The house was very large... 4 bedrooms so enough for 3 couples to spread out for a long weekend. Nice size kitchen to be able to work together creating meals. The place was great and we really enjoyed it. Would recommend.

With 6 coworkers & one dog, we all had plenty of space to enjoy the gorgeous weather. Property manager answered right away when I called about a small tree down in the driveway & had it taken care of right away. Lovely house & grounds. (We brought kayaks). We had a grand time, I’d go back.

The home was outstanding. Host communication spot on. The photos absolutely captured the property both inside and out perfectly. The views of the lake from the deck and large living room were awesome. In particular the moon during the evening / night hours. Plenty of room for all to roam with room to spare. We will most certainly consider the location in the future. Thank you for making our return to the Chelan area for a family vacation as enjoyable as they were 30 years ago.

We had a great time with family and friends in this spacious lake house. We spent our days jumping in the lake from the large partially-shaded dock and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub and hanging out on the open deck. We can't wait to come back!

The house was huge and accommodated our 3 generations of family. The large A-frame windows in the main living space were spectacular and the views were just as pictured. The kitchen was large and spacious and had everything we needed (including kids cutlery!). The road below does have traffic noise at all hours of the day (6 AM-10 PM) but this cannot be heard from inside the house. Overall, the house was great for our large group and gave us the space to relax and recharge from our adventures on Lake Chelan!

This house is situated with lake access and incredible views. We had a few minor issues which were quickly addressed and resolved by the responsive property management company. The house is conveniently located only a few minutes away from grocery stores. The beds were firm but comfortable.

We brought our friends along with 4 kids from North Carolina for a two night get away and we didn't want to leave! Gorgeous older home with tons of space, 4 bedrooms with gorgeous lake views from 2 of the rooms, 3 large bathrooms, 1/2 bath, queen Murphy bed downstairs! Couldn't ask for better views of the lake and local wildlife! Could see they are doing upgrades. Would definitely be back, large yard to play corn hole, full kitchen with tons of dishes, but could use a cheese shredder (lol).

The views at Sunnyview West are definitely breathtaking. The home was comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We had more than plenty of room for our party of 8. The beds were comfortable and having the spa on the deck with views of the lane was such a nice way to end the day. It's also conveniently located near several wineries! We definitely hope to stay again.

Wonderful living and dining area, great for collaborating and playing together! Could not get enough of the sweeping vistas all through the day, and the dim shimmering lights from across the shores at night. Had a really pleasant stay with family gathered from around the country and abroad to this gem nestled in the mountains. Everyone had a relaxing time lounging in the sun with the dog and he did not want to leave come departure time. We had to fetch him out of the basement closet furthest from the front door. Love the architectural style and large windows of this era.

Our family and friends pick a different destination every year and this year we had the pleasure of staying at this property in Chelan and it did not disappoint. The kids loved it, my spouse and I loved it and we could not get over the beautiful view we got to wake up to every morning. The kids stayed downstairs and loved that it was a “man cave.” The house was close in proximity to a lot of things near the area for us to do and we would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home overlooking Lake Chelan. Lucky for us, winter arrived a bit early so we enjoyed sitting in the hottub watching the sunrise above snow covered mountains. We were thankful for the wood burning fireplace in the spacious and very comfortable living room. This is an older home, but I found it to be super charming. The check in was seamless and communication with the owner was outstanding. I had a quick question, and I had a response in minutes. This is a very spacious home. The carpet shows a bit of the heavy traffic flow that I imagine this home has in peak season. Despite a few small stains in the carpet, the house was spotless. The only thing to keep in mind if travelling with dogs and toddlers is that there is a huge yard to play in, but it is not completely enclosed so small children and pets need supervision when outside. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We cooked most of our meals at the house because we didn't want to leave this beautiful home.

The home accommodated the four of us and the beds were very comfortable. The living room is enjoyable to look out onto the lake and we had the added treat of the first winter snow fall. The hot tub was a treat. We enjoyed our stay.

This house has great views of the lake and surrounding area, plenty of seating and space for a large group of friends or family, and is well situated between Chelan and Manson for all your wine tasting needs! The house is a little dated and could use some light sprucing up but honestly, these things are not as important as having enough bathrooms, bedrooms, and space to hang out with your friends and family. Personal preference: I will say that the king size bedroom was firm. But if you like a firm bed, a balcony, a large closet and bathroom and a great view, the king bedroom is the place for you. One bonus spot was the little dock across the street. We didn't boat but we got into the water to swim and it was a great little space, under a shady tree with privacy, to simply enjoy being right next to the water. It was a delightful surprise.

We had a great time! The house was very spacious for the 4 of us, and had all the amenities we needed. There is a great outside area for relaxing, dining and looking at the lake. It was also an easy walk down to the dock across the road and back. The host was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. I would stay again.

Super comfortable, spacious, even with nine people and two dogs. Huge, fabulous fridge. Beds were great, views fabulous, and proximity to a fantastic dock and protected bay worth any small inconveniences. Near to town (5 mins by car) but away from crowds. Responsive, friendly property owner and managers. So glad to be able to bring the pups. Already booked for next year.

I rated this property 4.5 out of 5. It has great views and was close to both Chelan and Manson. It also has plenty of space with a large great room, dining room and kitchen. The only reason I took .5 off was we had to cross a fairly busy road WA 150 to get to the water and where our boat was. We also had to mostly tie the boat up to a buoy unless we we loading at a small dock. That meant someone had to take a cold swim to retrieve the boat in the early morning as Lake Chelan was still around 62 degrees this season. Other than that we had a great family vacation and loved the property!

We were very impressed with the layout and the overall spaciousness of this house. It worked perfectly for all 9 of us, plus babies and a couple dogs. Chelan was very convenient, yet not too close. We were, however disappointed that we could not access the lake with the boat from the dock, the water was too low. We will definitely be back

We chose to forego walkability in favor of beach access, spaciousness and affordability (not to mention dog friendly). This place did not disappoint. Even though we had to drive either direction to town, the drive is short and quite beautiful, so no complaints.

Comfortable, great view, spacious. Hot tub seats 5 which might be small for a place that sleeps far more than that, but it has a spectacular view. Would stay again especially with a group of friends. Appreciate that it's pet friendly even though we didn't bring one. Driveway is easy to miss and slightly confusing with a gravel driveway to leave but does come up in navigation well.

This is by far the nicest rental our group of friends has ever stayed in. It was incredibly clean, well maintained, and communication (emails, in-home info binder, etc) was on point. We did a lot of good cooking, board gaming, and movie watching and the space was just so perfect for all of the above. We also loved sitting in the hot tub at night when it got a bit colder out, and it was just so relaxing and calm. Aside from the lovely stay, the view is absolutely gorgeous and we'd love to come back in the summer when things get a little warmer and greener. Thank you again!!

First of all, the view is excellent, and location is close to town which is why we chose it. This house is a custom design from the 1970's that has not been updated much, which presents a few key details to know. The layout lends itself well to kids downstairs and adults upstairs (we had 4 adult/4 kids). The view from the hot tub was wonderful, with stars at night and snow covered hills in the day. It's a 110V/15A tub, so expect the temperature to drop on a cold day after 15min. There is road noise, but every house on the lake will have that. There's plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. Most mattresses are on the firm side. Waking up and looking out the window at the view is great, definitely a huge plus! Overall, the house isn't luxury but was clean and fit our party of 8 well for the week, and we had an overall good time.

We were celebrating a special occasion with my parents, and this house was perfect for our family gathering. We fell in love with the spectacular views and outside areas. We definitely recommend this house for those who enjoy spending time between a hot tub and a BBQ grill.

The house is really great with a spacious floor plan, stocked kitchen and hot tub with million dollar views. The bedrooms are very comfortable and separated enough not to disturb those early to bed or late sleepers. There is also a separate secluded lower floor where kids could play, or adults could get away for some peace and quiet. Our party of six adults had plenty of elbow room to spread out, then come together and cook a meal in the huge kitchen. The home is about equal distance between Chelan and Manson. There are wineries around most any turn. We visited in February and didn't use the private dock, but will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the easy lake access. In short, we will definitely recommend this to our friends and family. We also recommend it to any of you who read this review. 5 stars.

This house was the perfect place for our family get away! It is perfectly located between downtown Chelan and downtown Manson so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen is fully stocked - there was everything you could need for making meals in the house. The house was clean and cozy and the view was INCREDIBLE! The host company was so responsive and so kind when responding to all my questions and concerns. They were great to work with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is planning a trip to Lake Chelan.

This is an amazing place. The house is a bit old but has a cabin feel to it. It's HUGE and the bay windows facing the lake make the views amazing. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with utensils. We cooked all nights we were there and every utensil we wanted we found under appropriately named shelves. Additionally the hosts were gracious enough to extend our check out time when we requested. Overall lovely stay and we would gladly go back! Highly recommend!

The house was very large and well equipped. The view of the lake and mountains is something we will never forget. Hot tub was great. Good location in that it was close to stores and attractions, but there was nowhere to walk. Downstairs apartment a real plus for space and privacy.

The house was clean and the property management was responsive and prompt. The house was good for 2 families with a number of teens. The house is across a busy road from the dock and boat bouys. So you have to be very aware and alert crossing. The dock is pretty convenient, but you attach your boat to a bouy that you either swim out to or paddle out to. So take a paddle board or something. The cove is protected from the wind which was nice when the wind came up. Parking at the house convenient.

We needed at least 4 bedrooms which this home provided. There were 10 of us including 3 children and there was plenty of space for all. The view from the deck is stunning. The dock is small, but we were able to get to it with our rented pontoon to pick up people and gear. Use lots of caution when crossing the busy road. This home had ample dishes and cookware. It is not a fancy place, but provided a wonderful space for us to gather and make memories.

- loved the outdoor patio table and hot tub. we spent all our time there or down at the dock - dock was AMAZING and totally replaced our need for a beach. i already miss that crystal clear water. just gorgeous - extra super bonus that we could tie off our water toys for the entire week and not have to schlep or re-put in the boat - there was enough space in the house for 3 families AND actual room for our kids. having that downstairs area was a huge part of our enjoyment for the entire week - big kitchen table was awesome and we loved having the area outdoors for social time and the inside table big enough for games - all the beds were comfy. it was nice that there were dressers in each room so we could unpack and keep organized for the week - plenty of/really the perfect amount of glasses, plates, etc for our group - key code door lock and arrival/departure instructions were perfect

We all loved our stay in the beautiful Sunnyview Estates West. The view each more was breathtaking. The house was perfectly laid out for our separate family needs.
